Semi-Automatic Pouch Loader

The semi-automatic pouch loader is designed for pouch products loading on tray before sterilization to reduce manual labor.

The pouches conveyed to the top of the loader, and naturally fall into the empty sterilization tray. Then pouches in the tray are manually spread or arranged in an orderly manner.

The button controls the turning machine, and the whole stack of empty trays is automatically disassembled and transported by the manipulator, and the solid trays loaded with products are automatically stacked into a stack, and pushed into the pot by a manual cart for sterilization.

Scope of application:
All kinds of products that are suitable for sterilization with sterilization trays and do not requirements for the package.
